If you are a current patient, we thank you for allowing us to service your needs.  We keep detailed records on all
patients, including allergy information, preferences, delivery specifications, and pharmaceutical and medical supply
histories.

Should you be interested in a refill on your medication, please either contact us directly or complete the refill
request form below.  If you have a new prescription or request, please contact us directly so that we may better
assist you.  Do note that we strive to complete all orders the same day.  

For new item requests, do note that if you are embassy sponsored, all items must be prescribed by a physician in
order to submit the charges to the embassy.  If a prescription is not provided, unless otherwise pre-approved by the
embassy, you would have to pay out of the pocket for said item.  

Certain embassies do limit the amount of supplies allotted to their patients, so please do keep in mind that all
embassy sponsored orders are subject to embassy regulations.

have urgent needs which cannot wait.  Our warehouse is stocked with numerous supplies, and generally speaking
we can provide supplies the same day. Also, we keep detailed records on all patients, including allergy
information, preferences, delivery specifications, and pharmaceutical and medical supply histories.
