If you have a new prescription or request, please contact us directly so that we may better assist you. Do note that we strive to complete all orders the same day. For new item requests, do note that if you are embassy sponsored, all items must be prescribed by a physician in order to submit the charges to the embassy. If a prescription is not provided, unless otherwise pre-approved by the embassy, you would have to pay out of the pocket for said item. Certain embassies do limit the amount of supplies allotted to their patients, so please do keep in mind that all embassy sponsored orders are subject to embassy regulations. Our warehouse is stocked with numerous supplies, and generally speaking we can provide supplies the same day.
