
| Our Reach At Northern Pharmacy International, we specialize in working with embassies to service the pharmaceutical and medical supply needs of their patients. International patients who visit the United States may come for pleasure or for the purposes of seeking medical treatment, and they all have varying needs. We work with many of the most prolific hospitals in the country, including Johns Hopkins Hospital, Children's Hospital Boston, and Children's National Medical Center. Whether patients need to obtain over the counter items, prescription medications, rental medical equipment, medical supplies, or nursing care, we are here to help. Patient Needs We are accustomed to working with embassies which have varying needs and regulations. As such, we have designed our own patient database and system to ensure no detail is missed while processing each patient order. We employ our own delivery men and have access to numerous medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals for same day service. Each patient's personal information is kept within our specially designed database, which houses all patient information from allergies and diagnosis, to delivery information, and electronic copies of all prescribed items. We also carefully track each order, and if it is desired, we can automatically refill orders as desired. Invoices & Billing Aside from our ability to accurately and quickly service each patient need, we try to keep the aspect of billing as smooth as possible. Utilizing our invoicing system, we have the ability to electronically bill or paper bill clients, and we maintain copies of every invoice within our system. Should a extra copy of an invoice be needed, we can quickly email, fax, or hand deliver (within the Baltimore/ DC Metro area) a new copy of the invoice generally the same day. We can accept payments via cash, check, credit, and bank draft. Contact Unlike most pharmacies which keep 9am-9pm hours, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. Northern pharmacy international staff members are on the premises 9am-8pm Monday- Friday, and we are available by phone 24/7/365. Should a patient have an emergency medication need on the weekend, it is as simple as giving us a call to start the process of filling an urgent order. |
