When placing an order for medications or medical supplies, we understand that the process and
regulations may be confusing.  So, below you will find a selection of our most commonly asked
questions.  If you cannot locate the answer to your questions, please don't hesitate to contact us

How Long Will It Take To Fill My Order?
Each order is handled on a case by case basis.  Generally speaking each order is completed within 1-3 hours of the
initial request.  We strive to complete all orders and prepare them for delivery by 5pm the same day.  Urgent requests
will be processed as quickly as possible

I Need A Narcotic Medication, Can I Fax It?
Legally narcotic medications cannot be filled based upon a fax request.  All narcotic prescriptions must be made
available for pickup by a pharmacy staff member or sent directly to the pharmacy in its original form.  

Why Was My Order Not Delivered The Same Day?
We strive to deliver all orders the same day, but sometimes items are not in stock which means we have to order the
item.  Most ordered items will arrive the next business day, but please

When Will My Order Be Delivered?
Accurate prescriptions for medications/ medical supplies will be delivered the same business day (for Baltimore/ DC
Metro area patients).  All orders placed after 9am are generally delivered from 5pm-8pm (Baltimore Metro Area) and
7pm-11pm (DC Metro/ Virginia Area).  Any urgent orders are generally completed and delivered by the time requested.  

I Have A New Prescription, Can I Call It Myself?
Legally prescriptions for new medications cannot be called in by the patient.  Only a physician's office may call in a new
prescription for medications.  If you have the original copy of your prescription, you may personally fax or email us a
copy of the prescription or stop by the pharmacy.

My Order Is Being Shipped To Me, How Long Will It Take?
Once an order is in-stock we commonly use Fedex and UPS to ship packages.  Both companies do offer next day
shipping (Monday - Saturday).  The ship time for international packages will vary depending on the package size and
